I have been coming here for over 30 years (since it was Copher brothers). The staff is always friendly. This is a self service yard. And what a lot of new/first time customers cant seem to wrap their head around is that they have to actually have to remove the parts themselves – with their own tools. This yard is well organized and kept as clean as salvage yard can be.
Bought parts here with the warranty. Yes, it bumps the price, but if its bad or does not fit, you have a way to return. Most “you pick yards” only offer a credit. I got outstanding customer service from Angel at the check out counter. He offered me the veteran discount and was friendly and helpful. Ask for Angel if you go to Tampa.
Not the experience that I thought. drove there for 2 hours get there no restroom. They told me in the front of the building outside in the parking lot there’s a portable. I can’t believe a business that big don’t offer restroom to there customer. I tried to buy a short block that was in a car but they don’t sell you a short block anymore they’ll sell it for the full price of a long block which is not fair. Sadly to say this business don’t understand that we the consumer are the one that makes them if they don’t want to sell what we need we don’t need them. Employees great service not there fault.
The cleanest yard I’ve been to. The Ladies out in the yard are solid gold. They’re doing an incredible job. The staff was friendly and approachable. The prices were fair. I’m glad I visited, I will be back. Thanks for the service
Perhaps this is a place that could do a whole lot better if the current manager wasn’t there. Based on my own personal experience, this guy has no people skills nor manners nor the ability to deal with the public in a civilized way. He is very arrogant, very belligerent and screams at his employees as well as customers.
