Entrance is hard to find. Had to wait for them to remove glass feom tailgate. Most likely a communication breakdown. Guys pulling glass were cool.

I called asked if they had a piece I needed for my jeep guy said yes so iij take the hour and 20 minute ride. I get there the guy says they don’t have the piece I need but they can have it there on Wednesday for $279.09 what kind ogbbullshot is that first and last time I will use them.. (I forgot to tell you the price for the original one was $42 and change) BIG LET DOWN AND 20 BUCKS WASTED IN GAS!!!

This has been one of the WORST companies I’ve ever dealt with. First, the actual salvage yard in Pennsylvania broke the windshield that was pre-paid and the rep at the yard was rude. I inquired about a replacement that was there and they admitted they would get more money for the entire back door and not just in pieces. Still waiting for my refund and it’s been THREE DAYS!!! If you need parts, go to NY and not this HORRIBLE place!
