Normally if you need a part…they have it and ship it fairly quickly
Unhelpful rude staff, avoid if at all possible.
No more in person sales everything is call or online very sad I will do my business else where now
Buckley location is not open to the public! You must call ahead, have the part transferred to Sumner (takes one day), then you can pick up your part. They do not list this on their website or on this Google page or anything. I called two days ago asking if they can put my part on hold. This would have been a perfect time to tell me about the transfer situation, but he did not. He just said they don’t do holds and went quiet. So I said I would be by on Wednesday and hung up. Fast forward to today, I drive 40-45 minutes to this location just to find signs on the door saying “Closed to the Public.” So anybody who’s browsing their online inventory and found a part in the Buckley yard, call ahead and expect pickup in Sumner the following day. Would be nice if they posted this somewhere, hence why I’m writing this. My only weekday off is Wednesday so either I wait a week to get this used part or order a remanufactured part online for maybe $10 more. Would be more annoyed if it was a big ticket item but for something small I thought it would be a simple process. Either way, you guys lost this sale! Oh, an when I was on the phone with them, I am not the first person this has happened to, hence the one start review. Not necessarily one star on LKQ as a company, but on this specific location.
