I have never had a bad experience at Lou’s. Jimmy and the crew do the best work at reasonable prices. They do not beat around the bush when it comes to servicing your car. Jimmy lets you know up front of any issues before he works on your car or truck. I have been coming here for a very long time, and I cannot think of a better place to take your car for general repairs.

Super Auto inspection and repairs. Jim is amazing handling the daily business in a friendly expedient manner. If a part or a part of your car needing attention I go to him first. He has saved me time and money on numerous occasions. I have referred friends and family who all have had similar experiences.

I needed a tire replacement and they were able to get a tire and install it in less than an hour and get me back on the road. They were also able to replace my starter for the right price. I definitely recommend Lou’s.

They lie to their customers! Tried to get my Serpentine belt replace and at first they say it will take a hour to do but when I didn’t receive a call from them within a hour, I decided to walk up there. The guy talking about they couldn’t get to it to replace. And also said it was my power steering belt that needed to be replaced because it was shredded but I had already received a diagnosis from another mechanic that my Serpentine belt needed to be replaced because it makes squeely noises when I turn on the vehicle. And I had sprayed water on the Serpentine belt to test to see if the squeely noise would go away and it did for a little while than the noise came back. Thus I know it’s no issue with my power steering belt because I don’t have problems steering while I drive. Again, they are liars and my guess, lazy too because they don’t have the tools to just replace the belt that I need to replace. Yall can’t get over on this female! Thus, I’m glad yall didn’t do work on my vehicle. Unprofessional shop! Yall get 0 stars but Google maps require 1 star to rate.

I wanted to get my oil change yesterday 6/4/22 and I haven’t had any services done to my vehicle from this place yet. But, I saw their prices for a oil change and I think it’s too expensive. It seems every mechanic is going up on their prices for basic maintenance. It’s just not worth it, when I can try to do a oil change myself. I saw a video on how to do a oil change and the only thing that needs to be done is to drain the oil and maybe replace the oil filter, which only takes about a good 20 minutes. This place advertised $40 & up (see photo) for oil change on their sign but one of the mechanics told me their price was about $61 for a 2009 Ford Taurus. And at that price its more than $15 per hour for a 20 minute job.I didn’t realize changing oil were different prices for different vehicles. Not unless they including price to replace the oil and filter but the price of oil is only about $6.00 at Walmart for my particular vehicle. Their price for a oil change is more than what Jiffy Lube and Firestone charges. I’m a female US Army Veteran, so if I could change oil on a humvee, I can sure enough take my time and save money to change oil on my own vehicle. It’s bad enough prices of gasoline is extremely high now and I don’t have my own gas to put in my vehicle but I can definitely change my oil in my own vehicle. The 3 star is for their customer service but it seems their prices for anything is really expensive for a Pop shop. I can see if they were a national chain like JiffyLube. So, I won’t be ripped off by these mechanics because Im not rich and don’t have money to be throwing away. Good day everyone! God Bless ☮
