They do not inspect their parts properly. They told me the bumper was in A condition as well as the suspension assembly. Both parts were damaged. They would only give me store credit.

Purchased a rear lift gate on a 2017 Nissan rogue and door wouldn’t operate because they cut the wiring harness upon removal. Im a experienced body tech and in most vehicles you can transfer wiring harnesses from your old vehicle to the new door but not in this model. I went back to make them aware of it and they told me all body parts are sold as is even if it was they were wrong because I didn’t catch it when it was purchased so , it’s my problem. $500 down the drain.
