I’ve been going to Norwood’s for the last two years. Always helpful, good prices. Friendly people. I recently brought a friend who’s a world war 2 veteran. They made him a great deal on a ford focus station wagon with only 47,000 miles on it. I didn’t even know he was shopping for a car. They made sure everything was working right and delivered it to his house.
Mark was very helpful with helping me find the right parts for a 2008 Crown Victoria. all though he didn’t have one on his lot he was able to find me a replacement alternator and was delivered to his yard in two days. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of cheap replacement parts for there cars.
I bought a doughnut from Mark for a good price. My only complaints would be that he didn’t fill it up for me (though I didn’t even think to ask), and their dogs startled a few years off me ha!
Expected a bit more comradery from a mom n pop style junkyard. I accidentally spilled some water out of an intercooler (which isn’t supposed to have any water in it) on the floor while inspecting for damage and the woman started to complain and telling me to watch what I was doing.
If they kept the part in a place where water wouldn’t get in it and sold me a quality part that wouldn’t have happened…
I expected to hear omg there isn’t supposed to be water in the intercooler let me help you clean that up so sorry. I actually expected to be offered a discount since that intercooler is supposed to be dry….
I didn’t feel respected as a customer.
Big shout out to Mark Norwood for saving the day with help towing and fixing a vehicle of mine excellent service, excellent cost an always there when your in a bind…
