Very unprofessional people. I called them to ask about a passenger side taillight. Dude said $75. When I gasped and asked “$75?!” He quickly changed up to $50. I told him I wasn’t paying more than $45 because I can get one brand new from aurozone for $55. Long story short, we talker and negotiated down to $40. I told him I was on my way and was 30 minutes away.
I get there and was told I’d have to wait for them to pull it. No problem. I sat down and waited. Nearly 30 minutes goes by and I seen the person he sent to pull my part just out there talking on the porch and laughing. I asked where my taillight was. He said “it’s coming, it’s coming.” So, I continued to wait. Another 25 minutes goes by and I again ask where it is he said “it’s coming. Getting it now.” I said “you told me that 25 minutes ago. I’ve been here for almost an hour for a taillight that takes 90 seconds to remove.
I then decided to leave and drive to McMinnville to get it. I also ended up getting a rear windshield as well. I’d highly recommend Turner Auto Salvage. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and very affordable
So, my son called about 2 passenger side doors and they claimed to have them for his car. When he arrived, they had one stripped down door that wasn’t anything like the pictures they had posted on car-part.com. So, they drove almost 2 hours for a complete bust. Lesson learned ask for pictures today of what they have or just go somewhere else (preferred). I wouldn’t do business with them after that lovely experience.
dove an hour for a door, called 3 times throughout the week to make sure they still had it ,they would say “yes,we have that exact one” got there & waited an HOUR just to be a different door, although they had assured me 3 times they had that exact door i needed. And they are also pretty rude on the phone.
Had to wait for over 2 hours when we drove for 3 hours to get here! They told us one price on the phone and get here and it was different from what they told us! I will not be back here again!!!!
