Writing this for my friend Sam who needed and paid for an alternator. When he went to pick it up on trip #2, the item was obviously damaged. We made a 3rd trip after Sam was told on the phone it was ready, but was not. Jack Lally made this right for the 4 trips from south Kansas City. He refunded the alternator and gave him the next one. Jessica Coleman helped Sam on-site each visit. She is very friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE, efficient, and helpful. As Sam’s friend I very much appreciated her. So, while this was a VERY frustrating, time-consuming and gas -costly experience, Jack made this right and Jessica handled everything expertly. This was Sam’s first experience with Midway, but he felt treated right and said he will definitely use them again.

Bought a “drop in” 2014 6.4 Hemi for $6300 with low miles. After they damaged that motor, they sent me a 2017 (not the same) replacement. After I discovered it needed repairs to work…they refused to refund any money or help in any way. So much for their “warranty” program! Not only will I never purchase another part from them again…I am spreading word of how they conduct business.

I was so thankful my body shop found them. I was able to run up to their KC location and pick up the part I needed to save on shipping costs. They were way behind-the part was supposed to be ready the Friday before, but even though I came the next Monday afternoon, it was still several hours before they could pull my part, which kept me from getting it back to my body shop before it closed for the day. So just plan ahead and assume they may be delayed in getting you your part. They are super nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing to save money by getting a salvaged part.

I would give zero stars if available. Get a quote on the phone from Jeremy for a motor asked was motor inspected was told motor was rated an A with no negative notes left. Make our way over to the lot (was never told it wasn’t at the location) drive all the way there from Blue Springs to be told it’s not there… okay no problem I’ll go ahead and pay the $953 now and pick it up Thursday as promised. Todays Thursday Jeremy tells me called multiple times I do not see any voicemails HOWEVER Now to be told the motor has no compression and they can sell me another one for more money and higher mileage (OF COURSE) I obviously decline tell them I want my cash back oh no no no they have to write me a check (LOL) plus the non giving a F what just happened was the icing on the cake. Absolutely unbelievably disgusted. Do better ‍♀️
