I have to say these guys were great. I needed a used wheel for my sons mustang as I felt uncomfortable repairing a pretty bad curb rash. I looked everywhere to find a match and came across Morrison’s. I sent them a question via email, got a reply inside an hour and ordered it. It arrived on time and more importantly as described. super impressed with their customer service. I ordered a part from them online and they created a label and had it ready for pick up in just minutes. The bummer part was I gave them the wrong address. They went above and beyond to go thru all of their orders to find my package and update the shipping label with new tracking. A lot of us sell online and we know what it takes to ship products some of us do it in small number and some of us do it in the hundreds of packages of day. This company hasn’t lost their touch. I found these guys after recieving a broken part from another auto wrecker. Was curious on getting an item shipped to me, as the quality of the pictured item seemed to be in good condition. I asked about shipping which was a lot but I understood since I’m across the country and it counts cost to pull the item from car. Wanted to ask about quality of the item and then was aggressively questioned if they were “THE CLOSEST PLACE TO ME”. If you like aggressive customer service that seem to not want to work, be sure to call these guys.
The sales person didn’t explain to my father what the running boards for his truck looked like. Sales person told him they looked real nice and nothing wrong. Drove up from south of Janesville to find out that they were junk. Either the chrome was coming off or someone painted them. Waisted our time. But overall in past experiences with the company. They been very good. Rate them then at bout 4.5 5 Just because of a guy that used to work there Jason.
