According to various listing they are open on Saturdays. I tried repeatedly to call, and each time got to listen to their recorded message. No option to leave a message; moreover, they DO record every conversation, so if you don’t want your call recorded exercise your right and tell them, IF YOU ACTUALLY GET SOMEONE, that you do NOT want your call recorded. What a waste of time. One star because I can’t give a zero.
Used auto parts… I tried them again today and their ‘used parts’ cost more than new parts at AutoZone ….
I’m not paying 200 for a used part that cost 159 new…
I delt with John he was very helpful and nice. I have been all over trying to find a shocks for my 530xi. My mechanic called me and told me my car was ready and the shock fits perfect. That was music to my ears. Thank you. I will be getting everything from them from now on…
Got an amazing price for two parts I was looking for. The parts were more than 50% off versus other junkyards. Junior made the transaction very pleasurable, very professional and a down to earth guy. Would absolutely do business with the place again because of his customer service and amazing deal.
Absolute worse parts dealers I’ve ever dealt with. Bought an Audi engine, was told had oil pan and timing cover damage, when I got the engine the block was broke. Took 3 weeks to get a replacement and the replacement had a number of issues. They agreed to refund me $600 of the $3000 the engine cost, have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund. When I call they hang up on us, they don’t return phone calls when they say they will, they don’t respond to emails. Horrible customer service and their parts are JUNK. My lawyer is taking over now and we are going for full engine refund.
