Bobby was great! He took the time to find a wheel for our 99 – M3 and ensure it was the correct one. He was super responsive, fast and helpful. Will definitely check with them again if we need anything. Highly recommend Nelson.

Bunch of crooks in there! Be very careful buying with them coz the return & exchange policy is a scam. After getting a defective axle they will find a way not to refund full amount you paid. They would raise hell for $25. Unbelievable

i bought a door for my truck from them, sign unseen, was told over phone it was a complete door and in perfect shape. but now mirror, I asked if it was complete besides mirror was told yes. I paid for it through paypal. then went and got the door a few days later. they give me a beat door scratched like crazy all over. and no interior panel, and he says they already sold the interiour panel, so no refund. the guy is a real lowlife, the way he barks at people. real miserable sob, anyway I was stuck and needed the door. so they got me, but Ill never ever do back to these bastards and I hope this saves others from this headache
