I wish I could give the guy behind the desk zero stars. I think he was the owner idk but he had ‍ red hair. Basically sold me a bad tire. I had paid to get it out on and the tire shop shown me a bubble in the tire. I called for a replace and they charged me for another tire. So all and all I had to pay for two tires because they sold me a bad one and had to pay the tire shop twice because they had to do they services twice. The staff basically laugh at me while saying “I understand the spot your in”

Update – after I buy another tire turns out it was bad as well. Thanks Neuner’s

i called them for a bumper for 2014 they said they have it but i have to pay a deposit and after two days it will be ready to pick it up . i asked them again to make sure , is it 2014 ? they said yes 2014 , i asked them if i can pay over the phone because it’s about 56 miles away from me they said no i should go and pay there . i was like ok . i drove 56 miles and i told them i came to pay the deposit for the 2014 bumper . they told me the car they have 2009 . i told them i just called you and you said yes 2014 . they said sorry it’s 2009 that’s what they have . i got very upset and i had to drive 56 miles again to get back home . it’s really sad to deal with people who are not honest .

Told me they had a part on the shelf, asked them to check but she said “for sure its there”. Drove an hour. Waited 30 minutes to tell them its not there. Save yourself some time and go else where.

Worst experience ever. They are robbers. Their prices are high compared to others. They are very hard to deal with. Nit flexible at all. They have their own rules that does not align with state laws. Staff were not willing to help except for one that was really nice. I got a price on the phone and i told them i will pay with credit card. After driving one hour they added 3% to the price because im paying with credit card which they failed to mention on the phone. They charge 3% for debit card. Im a business owner and I know bank are not allowed to charge business more than 0.99% on debt card by law. So this robbery place is making 2% profit on debit card payment claiming its not theirs.

Gave me wrong part and wouldn’t exchange for right one because I was a few days over the 30 days. I’m not a mechanic, I’m a single mom trying to make ends meet and had to find someone to put part on and when I finally did find someone to help me I found out they ( neuters)gave me wrong side. Would it really been that hard to exchange since it was never put on my car. Could have gotten a good review instead you get this review. I understand policy, but I also know that kindness matters too. Will take my business elsewhere next time.
