Good customer service wins today. Purchased side passenger front window ( broken due to storm 2 weeks ago.) Also purchased 2 tires. Went to the shop this morning to have tired installed and what do you know? One tire had a large hole in it. Well s$&*!. I didn’t want to drive 40 minutes to Nordstrom’s and pick up a new tire. How could ? I trusted Nordstrom’s to sell me tires that didn’t have a hole in them.
So I called. Spoke to parts/sales. My expectations were blown away. Within an hour, the owner showed up to my tire shop with new tires. I didn’t even ask, I was called back within 5 minutes after the my initial call, and he said he would send someone out. Not only did anyone come out….the owner did. Thank you for the great customer service. Will definitely be using Nordstrom’s for my future automotive needs.

We had significant damage to our 12 year old vehicle this spring and weren’t sure what to do with it, but remembered our friend Jesse K. working at Nordstrom’s in years past, so we gave them a call. I was quickly connected with Jay who connected with me via text to get my photos and coordinate all the logistics of pick up. Took about a week (tow truck needed some service) but the communication through the process was top notch (and texting was so convenient)! When the driver, Jamie, was on his way from Garretson to Brookings, he also sent me a text. We were able to meet up exchange check for title and keys and move right along. They gave us a great payment for our old unreliable and did it well. I have been telling everyone about the great service and communication from Nordstrom’s. I hope I don’t have a deadbeat car anytime soon, but if I do…I’ll be calling Nordstrom’s!

AMAZING! Simple as that. I drove 3hrs 1 way for a part I purchased online because I needed it today & couldn’t find it anywhere closer. Got there & it did not match. They never even slightly sweated it. Randy made a few clicks on the computer & a guy walked up front with another part that matched! The property is beautiful, clean, organized. This is not a JUNK YARD. This is an AUTO SALVAGE & RECYCLING COMPANY! Thanks again Dustin & Randy I hope I get to come back again.
