That dude at the desk tells me a couple mins for a part
Okay fine I’ll wait
Looked at the time and I had been there 32mins
Dude It’s a sensor It’s ONE BOLT II was the only person there the only person to show in the 35 mins I was there *32min waiting time
For a part I never received.
Then not to mention the “I could care less “ attitude the guy had Bobby I believe was his name. Like dude I came to spend my money with you, next time I’ll just spend a lil extra at o Riley’s. Geeeez ! Horrible Service

I am very disappointed in this business I think it’s fowl while my pickup truck was having an engine put in which I paid in advance The employees switched my brand new brake pads for some used beat up brake pads, so now I have to pay Express Oil Change $135 to replace my brakes in which this business’s employee’s ripped me off and I will never do business with these people again!

I drove to AL to drop my daughter and her car off for her freshmen year at Bama. We found the rim bent and loosing a bit of air on the way to the airport and we’re told to go here. I drove by to make payment for a replacement explaining that my daughter would come back after dropping me off for my flight. She returned and they were able to hammer the rim back into place and did it for free. Such kindness for lack of profit is rare and much appreciated.

Bobby is absolutely fantastic. Great customer service! They did not have the part I needed but he graciously answered all questions I had about the process and found a place in Florida that had the part I needed. I will definitely be calling here for any future parts needs.
