Eric was amazing..had me in and out in 15 minutes..my car was broken into I called and they were able to get the glass for my bmw before I even got off work. Eric even vacuumed the pieces of glass that were in my passenger seat do to the car being broken into. Hopefully I will never experience this again but I will be referring anyone who does to this shop. Thank you again.

Just had a great experience with NYC AUTO PARTS AND GLASS. I needed to junk my 2007 car and had a terrible time with another company, Novak Auto who never called or showed up. I spoke with Gus who assured me that customer service was important to nyc auto parts and fortunately it was the truth. He called when the driver was on his way who arrived when he said he would and the transaction went seamlessly. Gus and the driver were extremely pleasant as well. I reccommend them highly!
Quick and very affordable!!!! Had my window busted and these guys replaced it for a good price and even was nice enough to clean up all the remaining glass that was all over my car thanks to them I got my window back
Paul Sr., Paul Jr., Tisha and the gentleman who changed my windshield made my visit a joyful and painless experience. They also gave me a great price to do some work on my other car. Wonderful experience especially since I drove to Queens from Long island
