Muddy,had to make 2 trips but had what i needed at good price.well satisfied

I went here to get a radiator for my car, no problem they had it for a fair price too. Nice drive to get there country road. The staff was very helpful and friendly took care of me in no time. Talking to the staff member, he knew a lot of the town I live in and many of the people I was impressed. Try them out whenever you need an auto part ,I’ll bet they will have whatever you need.

Awesome awesome place to get the part you need…. I am completely satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff at Old Pike 27….. I ordered a part and they actually remembered me and had my part number on there board for when I came in….. I was tired because I drove 60 miles to get to Old Pike 27 after working all night 14 hours and they had a big ole couch in the lobby and I kicked back while they pulled my part and got some sleep and when I got my parts they said it was alright if I pulled in there employee parking lot to get a power nap….. They have got my business for parts I need from now on…. I strongly suggest checking them out for your used parts needs…. Good people down to earth and they treat you with the up most respect and they make the customer first….. Thanks Old pike and it goes to show that there is still good companies out there with great customer service…..

A great place with great friendly people and workers

I just want to say that This place has a professional website display. But they seem to specialize in rusted parts that is selling rusted auto parts. I found this out after ordering a low mileage engine that had lots of rust. I had requested an inspection and they went ahead and pulled an engine with lots of rust then were trying to ship it to me. After receiving pictures I requested a full refund prior to the engine being strapped down to a pallet.

Then they charged me a restocking fee to restock a rusted engine. According to Josh after researching the internet – this rust this was normal. Now why would you have to research rust.

A normal block should not be rusted. I trusted these guys. But Now I don’t. So you shouldn’t too. Make sure to ask for pictures prior to ordering from them and shipping them out. They are not considerate and are conducting bad business. Be careful good luck hope this helps out especially those of you out of state.

Selling rusted parts is not good business !!!
