This has been my second time using them to haul off my old vehicle and each experience so far has been outstanding. Douglas was very professional, friendly, and had a positive attitude from start to finish. I have a 1-year-old and his interaction with him was great. While we were filling out paperwork, he gave my son a piece of paper and a pen and let him scribble away! A great man, and a great employee. I highly recommend this company.
First time I have ever dealt with scrap company. They was amazing. Polite from the first phone call. Quick efficient didn’t care how far they had to drive. The wreaker driver is very professional. Polite honest smiling. Man. I was beyond impressed at the level of care and professionalism that he showed me. I will be recommending this company to any and everyone
Be careful when selling your car to them. They offered a certain price over the phone which was agreed. Then when they came to pick it up the driver tried pulling a fast one on the seller by telling them “The cats are aftermarket, will you take ___ (Less than half the offer)”. Thankfully I was listening in the background and stopped it.
1. The cats are factory as the bottom of the car has never been touched, it was owned from new and has never been to a shop as I have done all the maintenance on that car.
2. It’s not a car that you would bother installing an “aftermarket” system on.
3. Aftermarket or not makes no difference, you sell them for the scrap value of the platinum inside. Which you don’t know what that is anyway until it’s gutted and weighed.
4. You’re going to make at the very least double what the full offer was.
Fast-Professional-Friendly and gracious with purchase offer! Contacted them mid morning with detailed description of my vehicle and within about 30 minutes was sent a preliminary offer. I agreed and they scheduled an appointment to look over my vehicle that afternoon. Arrived and inspected my car and we agreed on final price which they paid in cash.
The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and most important to me, respectful. I understand the fact that they run a business but I was absolutely firm with my price. If I ever find the need to junk a vehicle again, I will definitely call these guys first.
