Spoke to Connor yesterday regarding a part on PartsLink website. He was able to answer my questions and got back to me later in the day confirming these answers and item was shipped same day. Good company! Ordered a skull candy earbud replacement from them, turns out battery was no good in the replacement, messaged them an they responded immediately and sent out another ear bud. They were on top of things an took care of it quickly!

After ordering the part I needed from 5 other lower priced vendors who claimed to have it in stock these folks delivered. They shipped same day as the order with shipping included in the price. Max communicated very well and the delivery was actually one day early due to his fast action with my order. In case it’s not obvious the part I was seeking was back ordered everywhere with no ETA.
