Fast phone service and better level of staff product knowledge than most places. Worldpac access gives high level of import support, but they aren’t the cheapest prices. Reasonable turnaround time altogether, often faster than dealer. Small shop space houses all normal necessities for a shop or hobby mechanic.
I get all my parts there staff is very helpful and professional. If they can’t get the part they always point me in the right direction. It’s hard to get parts for older vehicles like mine but they always seem to make it easier for me to find.
Oder parts they made promises they couldn’t do. I called countless times no return calls, had to show up in person and get my money back. Go across the street cost more but I got the parts I need within a hour.
