Trustworthy, reliable and smart! Bought 2005 dodge with new engine… day 2 after I bought had check engine warning light (yellow) which wasn’t great. BUT… just EGR valve, $49 part and no way they could have spotted this earler. They had found low mileage engine to install, they also test drove it all before selling and when water pump looked iffy they had replaced it. Love these guys!
These guys are the real deal. These guys always find the parts I need. Definitely give them a try you won’t regret it.
My husband ordered and paid for front and back seat belt. 4 months of lies and run around… Today got them in, make my husband stand for 2 hours, charged him to install them after “4 months waiting” really, he jumped in the truck to go home still wrong color! WE NEED LIGHT GRAY!!!!

My husband was always calling you to see if they were in. The one on the counter was BLACK, and in your yard it was TAN seat belt! We still needed light grey. The guy that install them didn’t show Brian, and still the wrong color… Sad how customer service is gone!!!
Absolutely horrendous experience. We took our truck in to get a new engine in August. We paid $2000 down and were told it’d be ready the first week of September. After repeated calls, being lied to, not being called back, we finally got our truck the first week of NOVEMBER. The only reason I gave one star was because there isn’t an option for less. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!
After I hit a dear, I called to see if they had a replacement hood for my Chevy HHR. To my surprise, they did! It was the right color too! I payed $310.50 that day (even though they told me it was $300) and was told I would get a call when it was ready. Two weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything, so I called. They said that it was simply not in yet. So I waited another two weeks…still nothing so we called again. They then proceeded to tell me that it somehow was never ordered and they would get it to me by the end of that week. That week went by, and I never heard anything. That next week, my engine blew and my car was a goner, so I called to try to get my money back for the hood. It had been over a month since I ordered it. They told me that it would go back in my account in 1-2 days. It never showed up, so we had to call again and ask what was up. Again, they told us it would go into my account in 1-2 days. Finally, the money went back into my account. Awful experience. Won’t be going to them for car parts again.
