Everyone I’ve ever dealt with here is very pleasant and helpful. They almost always have the parts I need! Most cases I get same day service if I call in the morning. I would definitely recommend this store for reasonably priced used auto parts.
Front counter employee was extremely rude. After driving over an hour, for a part shown in stock, we were greeted with rude an unprofessional service. If I can give less then 1 star I would. Absolutely no help and disrespectful when trying to figure out the issue. DEFINITELY DO NO RECOMMEND DOING BUISNESS WITH THEM!.
Showed up 30 minutes after they opened, they were short staffed but move me up to the front of the line since I drove an hour and a half. The part was better than expected and all the service was great. Take your business here!

The engine blew in my truck. I called and dealt with Steve. He not only gave me 4-5 options of engines (miles etc…), but also gave me mechanic shop recommendations. Within 3 days the motor was at a shop being installed. Steve’s resolve was nothing short of impeccable. If he was unavailable he reached out within the hour. I recommend Pasco Auto Salvage for any of your auto parts needs.
