Patterson’s has always been fantastic to me. I have bought A LOT of parts from them over the years and wish to continue to do so. My only gripe is that they are no longer open on Saturdays. That’s the only day I have to come and get stuff as my work hours run the same as their business hours. I am sad they’re no longer open on Saturdays. I currently need some wheels and tires for one of my cars but can’t come up and look now. Please open back up on Saturdays. 🙂
I have made multiple purchases over the years at Patterson’s and have been very satisfied with both customer service and part quality. The latest purchase was an ac compressor for an ’07 Buick Lucerne. It has been in the car a week now, and ac is icy cold. I have purchased everything from wiper motors to alternators in the past and have always had good quality parts and nothing but kind, professional service.
Terrible service. If you’re thinking about going through them, just keep looking. We had an issue with them giving us the wrong part multiple time and now they are refusing to even give us our money back because it was the correct part but for a different model. Will never deal with them again. Don’t let them take your money and run, just go somewhere else and GET THE JOB CORRECT.
Horrible place to buy used parts. We bought an engine wiring harness for a dodge durango and asked how much warranty the part had before even purchasing it and the salesman said 90 day warranty so we bought it. We received the part and realized that it did not contain a plug we needed so we called and the rudest and ignorant lady picked up the phone with the worst customer service, we mentioned to her that the part had not been installed and we did not needed it, keep in mind the part was $310 and she said “part is as is because its electrical” stupidest thing ever if you guys arent gonna stick to the warranty and lie to customers why even tell them theres warranty. We made sure to ask before purchase and got lied to this people only want your money but when you wanna return they come up with the stupidest excuse. We really didnt wanna have to write this review but we thought anybody thats trying to buy used parts should be prevented from a horrible experience we lost $310 on a part that was never even taken out of the box never installed not even needed and couldve easily been returned and refunded i hope this review gets known to a manager or owner and set that women straight.
My husband talked to them. They had what he needed. I went and picked it up. The staff was polite and nice.
