We Bought a 2019 Chevy Impala from Tom at Paya’s North.This is the second vehicle we have bought from them and the experience was just as good this time as it was the first. I went in and checked out the car talked to Tom about it and then went home and talked to my wife about it.we went back to test drive it,went back home talked about it in more detail , called Tom about a couple things I was concerned about and he took care of them no problem.After we bought it I went back to see Tom about a loose headliner in the trunk , he sent me over to their shop and Brian happily fixed it right away.One of the best things about Paya’s is when you go in there to look at cars is there is no pressure and when you want to test drive a car they just hand you the keys and tell you to enjoy your ride.Most of the big dealerships the salesman wants to ride with you.
