Went in for a small shift linkage component, and the kind gentleman at the counter let me have it no charge. All he said is to leave a good review so here I am. I desperately needed this part and they came through for me. Great service.
I bought a $200 door assembly that was pictured with mirror & interior. When I arrived the part I received had been stripped of both the mirror and interior… And they wanted another $100 for the rest of the kit… Sure glad I drove 100 miles for that.
I called to see if they had a part. Told me to come and look around. I get there and they tell me they don’t have it but I could pay to look around. Waste of my time and I sure as heck wasn’t going to give them money just to find they didn’t have what I wanted. Never going back. They were also rude on the phone.
Pick-A-Part is one of my favorite places to go! The employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They almost always know the answers to any questions i might have, if they don’t know the answer there is always someone around that does. They almost always have the part I’m looking for, but if by chance they don’t have it they get on the computer and try to find it at another location. If they find it they will have it shipped to their site at no cost to you. It usually gets there within a couple days. The best part is for only $1 you can sign in and go walk around the yard for hours looking at hundreds of cars and find things you didn’t know you needed until you see it! Plus the cars are very organized and if you tell them exactly what you’re looking for they will give you a map and tell you exactly where to find whatever it is you’re after. . I would have gave 5 stars but there’s always room for improvement!
I had to take my truck to the dealer shop which would of cost me an arm and a leg if I wouldn’t of went to the pick a part first. I found my part and put it in myself so all the dealership had to do was program the part to my PCM and cut and program 2 new keys. Total price out the door $120.45. Is that sweet or what.
