Incompetence at it’s finest. Supposedly my part was ready to go 2 whole days ago. I went by to pick it up when they opened only to be told an incredibly important piece of the part I’d purchased was completely missing. I needed the part right then and was told I’d have to just wait for some random guy to show up who knew where it was. I had to leave immediately as I was on a preplanned time schedule, and will now be stuck up in Portland after spending my last dollars on a bus ticket to go fix my car, which I can’t even do because they didn’t have the part for me. No money, no way home, no part to fix my car.

Pick-A-Part is one of my favorite places to go! The employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They almost always know the answers to any questions i might have, if they don’t know the answer there is always someone around that does. They almost always have the part I’m looking for, but if by chance they don’t have it they get on the computer and try to find it at another location. If they find it they will have it shipped to their site at no cost to you. It usually gets there within a couple days. The best part is for only $1 you can sign in and go walk around the yard for hours looking at hundreds of cars and find things you didn’t know you needed until you see it! Plus the cars are very organized and if you tell them exactly what you’re looking for they will give you a map and tell you exactly where to find whatever it is you’re after

I prepaid for a windshield and they told me they had the window waiting to be pulled for 6 days and on the 6th day they told me they no longer had the windshield. I got refunded my money but that wasn’t the point. Very uncoordinated and unorganized I was very disrespected by the service

A little bit on the expensive side, , no kidding I could have gotten Amazon parts for a couple of bucks more, ( Not OEM by far but equal or better than the half wore out parts) . Get a quote, prior to you pulling your part. Then make them stand by it. Then you know where you stand with out any one giving you a attitude. Anyways but it is fun walking around there yard , brought back memories that’s the plus side , thanks for still allowing that to happen
