Britney was super helpful with me in the process of buying an entire engine from a vehicle and loading it into my truck. Not only her, but Ricky and two others, I never got their names. Explained all the necessary safety policies and refund/core policies well.
First off I have to say that this is a very good resource for finding resonablely priced OEM parts. I have only had one issue with a staff member but it was cleared up in a professional and timely manner. I use to enjoy going to this location. I do not anymore due to what has happened to the yard. It is disgusting. I was going to take some photos but I was preoccupied with trying to find the parts I needed and figuring out how to navigate through the debris cluttered isles and the huge mud puddle. I honestly prefer the Pick and Pull in Arlington to this one. The Manager there run a tight ship.
I went in there today, the two ladies there were extremely nice and helpful. I was kinda PO cause I was there replacing a window a thief broke on my car. Super patient with me as I was struggling. My only complaint is I wish every row in the lot was labeled.A lot of them are missing and certain rows like “VIP” throw off your count.
The junk yard does have a lot of vehicles and a great variance of them, makes, models, years and styles. The problem is that people are damaging the cars in the yard or damage is being done to them when they are being put into the yard. I also noticed that a lot of rare aluminum and steel rims are not being sold but instead thrown into a large bin. I would have paid for those 17inch Lincoln Town Car rims straight across the board tires or not. Instead, I saw them get thrown into the melt down dumpster.
Good location, inventory rotation is pretty slow so cars can get pretty picked over.
