Long way away from where I live but it had what I was looking for. Turns out a mirror for a 96 Ford escort is very hard to find. But this place had it thankfully. Lots of people so a good place to find things and lots of cars for what your looking for.
I’ve called them twice before, never had ANY issues with them. They sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle, and didn’t take it because I had the title incorrectly signed.
I then fixed the issues, and gave them another call. It was answered by an older lady who didn’t seem to interested in talking. I was originally quoted $341, but ended up having to restart the entire process and was requoted 250.
I was asked the same questions more then twice, and was given attitude when I made a slight acknowledgment towards it. I was SO tempted just to hang up and call the next day because I know there was no reason my previous information shouldn’t have been there. I’m almost positive she had no idea what she was doing, or had no idea how to find the old files. On top of that, she was incredibly rude. I don’t know who that was, but I’m almost positive she wouldn’t be able to search something off of google.
The ladies inside were extremely helpful. I left happy even though the part I needed wasn’t available. The ladies were very ready to help me with whatever info they could provide and lead me in the right direction.
I called today to get my old 96 sable off of the property. I had the pleasure of speaking to crystal and she was absolutely amazing!

Nice yard, well organized, friendly staff, which is pretty much the same as all the other locations. After all, it’s a giant corporation, so all the yards are pretty much the same. But seriously, parking sucks. Spend a few bucks and at least put some lines in the parking lot
