Just called this place to check and see if the part I needed was there because I am 3 hours away and wasn’t ready to make the drive on a hunch. This lady named Tina gladly went out and not only checked if it was there, but called me with her personal phone so we could facetime and look at the damage that other customers have made. This allowed me to see if the part was usable or not. Sadly it wasn’t, but no matter what I am grateful for her thoughtfulness and saving me a 6-7 hour round trip.
My 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 truck was stolen here today. The store clerk’s only response was, “We don’t have cameras,” so I went back outside and took a picture of their camera. The police dispatcher who took the call said, “I get these reports from there a lot.” Community + officer = heads up at this location. Suspect vehicle green Dodge that looked a lot like my blue one was involved.
Guy wouldn’t let me take my exchange part and told me to leave it at the counter. After I was done in yard and I went back into the sales area, my exchange part was gone and I was not offered any type of the store credit for their mistake. Usually expect more from them than this.
They had what we needed and so much more for our Nissan Murano SL
