After scheduling pick up of a totaled vehicle we had an agreed upon price. The tow truck shows up to pick up the car with only half of the amount signed for on the check and no explanation. If I had not been paying very close attention, I would have been left with half the money I due. After I had to call to request the full amount of money be sent and waiting over a week for the check, the check bounced and my bank fined me. It was difficult to get through to the right department on the phone and was transferred 3 times when calling to get the problem fixed by Pick n Pull. Finally I got through and I was told that I would have to email proof of the check bouncing and fines from my bank to be reissued the money that I am legally owed. This place is doing everything they can to not pay out the amount owed, verging on criminal.

The entire thing was a nightmare and I am still waiting to see if it will be resolved or if I will need to get the BBB involved. Regardless a complaint will be filed with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this place to anyone, just go through Cash for Cars if you have a junker to sell.

First of all, their customer service is terrible! You’d get a thousand times better customer service from Facebook Marketplace. One time I called Tumwater pick n pull to ask if they had a 1995 Chevy K1500 truck. They told me they did have one, but they were going to close in 30 minutes so I went there the next day instead. When I got there the next day I asked if they had a chevy c/k truck around the years between 1990 to 2000 since I just needed a part off of the body. The guy I asked immediately said “no” and just stood there looking at me. He didn’t check anything or offer a suggestion of another place I could check. Perhaps he didnt want my business since I’m a teenaged girl. Maybe he assumed I dont know anything about vehicles. On top of that, their parking lot was absolutely disgusting last time I went there. I even felt bad driving my 27 year old truck through it. Needless to say, I am never going back to pick n pull again, and I would not recomend it to anyone. It is not worth your time.
