They have a small lot, not a lot of cars that I was looking for. What impressed me was the staff. Was looking for a Lumbar/Heated Seat switch for my ’01 Blazer and they told me they’d have it picked for me. Got there and it was the wrong part. No big deal, the guy immediately went back into the yard with me and I showed him the part I needed. As a bonus I wasn’t very mechanically inclined at that point so he showed me how to remove the part so I could replace mine myself! That there alone earned the five stars.

However I’ve been waiting on a rear bumper for months. Still none have come in in good shape. Not exactly their fault though, more Chevys for making such a rust prone bumper.
