I was given a delivery window between 8 am and 1 pm to pick up my car. When nobody called out showed up by 1 I called and complained. The service rep I spoke to seemed completely stumped by my complaint do I asked for a supervisor. He said and I quote ” I don’t know what to tell you”. Extremely frustrated, I waited. The driver finally showed up at 230. I missed an appointment waiting for them. No apology, no accountability. I recommend avoiding this business.
