This was a new place for us that we did not even know existed. It was by far the most organized junk yard I have ever seen in my life. We took the golf cart to find the row of the car, got the part and voila, done. There was a moment that I felt as if I was in a Mad Max movie, it was a great experience. The caliber of customer service they offered along with it all made it a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for vehicle parts.
Visited this location because Akron didn’t have the part I needed when I entered this location. I had small parts in my tool bag already the gentleman that searched my bags marked some parts but missed a couple. When I go to leave they accuse me of stealing parts that came off of my car that I’m working on. I told them that they was already in the bag when I came in that the gentleman should have marked them because they weren’t marked. They decided to keep my parts. Now I have to spend $80 to replace the part they stole from me. Will never visit this location again!
They wanted top dollar for a junk wheel and tire. Wanted to charge me a $16.00 core charge for a rim and tire they should have been happy to get rid off. $47.00 for junk I pulled off. Very laughable customer service. Never again.
The Cleanest junk yard I have ever been in. Organized and easy to find cars. I looked everything up online so I knew what row the cars were in. Good selection.
