Very upset and dissapointed on the call i just made with a woman that hung up on me while i was in the middle of asking a question about having my 2004 jeep liberty picked up and sold . Not happy and will mention this to the next person i speak with. Not satisfied at all and am thinking of not even calling back and going somewhere else.
They didn’t have my part but this was one of the best and most organized yards I have ever visited. I wish thos place was not 3 hours away from me. The staff was very professional and helpful. Only gripe was difficult reaching them on phone because of the automation on the phone. However, their website was extremely easy to find the cars in their lot and when they arrived.
Great place to get good affordable parts. Golf carts help tremendously. They give you printout of where your parts donor cars are in the yard. Look for the row numbers painted on the side of cars. Make sure to bring a cold bottle of water, rags and a good set of tools. Happy picking.
