People are very nice. Grounds are very clean and organized by rows. Make sure to bring every tool you will need because they don’t loan or sale any tools. Not a bad idea to bring a battery powered saws all too. They also have a good selection of used tires mounted and not mounted.
I stopped in on Monday to see about a part that I had been looking for for a bit, Justen was the gentleman that greeted me when I arrived. He was awesome!! Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He helped through the entire time I was there. I have been to plenty of parts places where the service is less than stellar. This place was awesome and Justen was the best for sure. I will most definitely be back down the road.
What a wonderful place and concept for an auto junkyard. Brilliantly organized by brands in separate areas with clear signage to help navigate the sizable yard. The yard is level, covered with small, easy-to-walk-on gravel, no mud pits or weed patches to navigate or lay in to remove your parts like other auto yards. Every employee that I dealt with was very friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly. The wait was shorter than I expected but even so I was offered a folding chair to use while I waited. Daniel pulled my parts for me and he was great! Kudos sir . And the pricing is extremely cheap. This is my GO-TO parts place from now on. I posted this same review on Facebook so everybody will know the best place in Knoxville to get their used auto parts.
