Come on.. The parking lot in Charlotte is filled with nuts and bolts and all types of stuff that shouldn’t be there. I parked near the building went in the yard and came back out. Soon as I leaving the parking lot I hear all my air rush out my rear tire. I’m pretty cautious driver being a truck driver. No telling what’s all on that parking lot. Those are brand new tires I just put on not even 6 months old. Had to put my spare on until I find a new tire, I got a tire shop to take my tire off just to find a almost 4 inch bolt touching my rim. LOW PROFILES AREN’T CHEAP. Got a call from the owner saying I can get free admission. Terrible solution you could at least suggested a new tire or something it was my tire that got ruined by lack of maintenance of the parking lot. BETTER OFF GETTING DROPPED OFF AT THE CURB THAN THE PARKING LOT. SAVE YOUR TIRES

The Queen City has a Queen bee…. And her name is KeKe…. Super cool staff under her wings as she just buzzed around making sure everyone is happy with their purchases.Mitch and Rob were more than accommodating in removing parts for me for a nominal fee. Definitely coming back

The customer service at the Charlotte location was terrible! I called before I drove from Raleigh to Charlotte to assist my son in getting his tire and rim replaced. I was unaware of the $2 pp entry fee, no problem. However, the service received by the attendants was horrible. One of the employees was celebrating her last day on the job! That speaks volumes.

Don’t ask one of the counter boys to get you a part for $100 then give him $50 upfront. He will ghost you. I gave him $50 one Friday and he wouldn’t answer back, I went back the next Friday and talked to him he lied again. So watch the counter guys. Thanks Cowboy

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with Pull-A-Part was outstanding. I first spoke with Ruth who was courteous and professional. She gave me all the information I needed and what would I need to do at my end.
My car was picked up the next day by Anthony who was also courteous and professional. He was here at exactly the time he said he would be. I was amazed at how easily he pulled into my driveway and prepared my car for towing.
Thank you Ruth, Anthony and the staff of Pull-A-Part for such an efficient and pleasant experience. ❤
