My daughter’s car broke a ball joint and CV axle in the parking lot of our local high school. She was blocking traffic and so speed was important. Chance showed up within 10-20 minutes of calling, which was awesome. He was professional and recommended an auto shop for us to get the car fixed.
Today I had a tow. Unfortunate 1st time tow experience but great experience. My insurance Agent from American Family gave me the referral.
Typically tow stories you may hear are frightening long wait times. Nope, not my experience with Chance. Super quick with the hook up. He pulled up and was setting up and finished before you knew it. The wait time for him to come was quick. This was a great experience. Staff seems friendly from the start of call request, tow hook up and ride to destination. Chance said he has a great boss who takes care of them all..as I gathered from walkie talk/requests. Thank for the help today!!

We happed to run our battery down over night and needed a jump to get the day started. We called to see if someone would be able to assist us. Luckily, they had someone not to far away that could do just that! It was maybe a 30 minute wait until he made it to our location and was the so sweet! He explained what he was doing and double checked that the battery was charging before we headed out. I’m sorry for not remembering your name sir, but you made my day with how great you treated us! Thank you for being amazing!
I was stuck with a flat tire that I couldn’t get changed on my own and Anthony was my tow truck person. He was nice the whole time and dropped me off near my house so I wouldn’t have to walk the couple miles in the rain. I haven’t needed a tow before on my own so I am very appreciative of his service! I feel it was above and beyond!
Called for a tow today. Here in a few hours not bad, but very bad service. Had I not gone to the dealer to see the car unload they would have done thousands of dollars of damage to my car. Driver allowed the front of my car clip to hit the pavement. He was going to just drive it off and would have done severe damage. After stopping him several times he finally got out some ramps, not enough clearance so he got a second set. We finally got the car off but he still damaged it by hitting the ground. Truck also damaged my drive. DO NOT USE these guys if you have a high end low profile car; they are not concerned about doing the job proper and professionally. Just time and a buck. They should have used ramps to help load the car too!!! They would have cost me thousands of dollars in damage had I not stopped them. This was very evident as the driver allowed the car to hit and was going to simply drive off. I would give 1/2 a star rating if I could.
