I used to love coming to this auto parts store for my mechanical needs. Recently I came in and spent $65 on a part my mechanic didn’t end up using. I brought it in the day after it was purchased. My daughter pulled the front sticker off the box the part was in. Because the sticker was missing off the front of the box they refused to give me back my money. The part is in perfect condition. Her excuse had something to do with COVID. I would understand that if this was medical supplies but not auto parts. It really saddens me to lose them as a resource for car parts. This is the second time I got stuck with a brand new part I don’t need that cost over $60 bucks that they refuse to refund. Last one was$75. I don’t recommend buying anything from this business they don’t honor refunds if they deem it unfit when most would not. I’m just going in the hole on cash shopping here.

Best parts shop in the whole valley! Always the best prices and policies, willing to go the extra mile for customers. I don’t go anywhere else and I live a ways away, but it’s worth it. Plus the big dog is the greatest!

Parts shop is great mechanics shop in back is awful. Took my car in for a blown head gasket they have had it for 2 years and made excuses the entire time about why it was taking so long. Ended up successfully blowing the bottom end of my engine after they supposably fixed it ♂️
