R&D did me right on a used transmission for my Crown Vic. I had been screwed by 3 other entities before calling R&D and I was truly depressed about how I had been treated.
R&D sold me a working transmission for a good price and delivered it to my mechanic for a modest fee. I had some trouble with the transmission at first, but I called and they gave me suggestions to try to get the transmission working right after it had sat on a shelf for several years. The transmission is working great now and everyone was polite as hell.from placing the order to returning the core.
