I called and talked over the phone with these people, repeated over and over the specific part I needed (a rim, my truck currently has two different size rims on because of this place!!!). I also sent pictures of what I needed, the lady assured me that they had it and to come get it. When I got there after driving over 60 miles, she tried to sell me the wrong thing and said they didn’t have what I needed. To say the least my truck still has two different rims, which is very dangerous if you didn’t know.

When I bought my part I had great service and was told I could bring it back and get my money back if it didn’t work but when I tried that the other lady at the front said I couldn’t and refused to do business with me when their part wasn’t working. If you really need a part there is a part place down the road from them with better customer service

Just tell ’em whacha need and usually, from my experiences there, you’ll be on the way home with a part that’s just like yours (except, of course, NOT BROKEN!!! ) and, usually around half the price of a new one. Don’t quote me on prices or warranties(sp?), you’ll have to ask the nice lady behind the counter about the perticklerz when you visit…

Rude people, and when I bought the part ( window glass ) they said you have 30 day to return, the part was different when I went to return the owner said you can’t return and look at the sign , so I lost my money without getting even credit for future purchase
