Called to get a price on a wheel for my mother-in-law’s car that was involved in a hit and run accident. Was treated absolutely POORLY on the phone by what sounded like an older gentleman. Will not call here again.

Mr Reed is the most helpful person in used car parts on the planet I can’t say enough good things about him and his wife great people he even mounted And balanced my tires there isn’t any other place to go for me or my family where we get it all thanks Mr Reed you are the best

I was in a serious bind and needed to get two tires mounted immediately. Not only did Bill do them on a holiday but he did them dirt cheap. What a nice guy too!!

Called about a window motor for my car and was told to come on in so I got my tools and such together and drove about an hour away to get there and when I got there it was just before 3pm and the phone line that answered and the guy I had spoken 2 said they were open til 5 but the gate was closed and there was not a soul in sight… extremely unprofessional and quite disrespectful especially considering how many used auto parts i need on a weekly or monthly basis… i don’t just fix my own car but those of friends and friends of friends so he more or less just lost a few hundred to a thousand dollars a month by doing that to me…. I’ve never had such poor service at any used auto parts place in my life and I’ve been doing mechanics for 15-20 years…. completely dumbfounded how anyone can treat their customers so rudely and disrespectfully….

My son called this place whom we had used before and should have learned by the first bad experience. Today my son called him for one tire that is inspectable. My son went outside to find out what size tire with grumpy on the phone & When he told the grumpo the size, was told that that tire is too big and wouldn’t be on his car then he hung up on my son abruptly. Two minutes later I called the grumpy old man and told him that I needed a 22 inch tire for my sons car who had just called him and that he told him That tire was too big and couldn’t possibly be the right size but that is what is on his car. Grumpy man then told me he was sorry
but he has a splitting headache. And I
asked him if that’s really a excuse to Speak to all of his customers in this manner, and then hangs up on them. At which point he facetiously said “Madame have a nice day “and hung up on me as well. Apparently he has too many customers that he can afford to lose. I won’t return. Not that grumpy old man really cares anyway.
