My rear window shattered on a Saturday and Remington was able to pull one for me by 8am on that following Tuesday. Not only did they have the part but they made sure to get it to me as fast as they could, knowing I lived out of town and needed to get home asap. Their place of business is the cleanest and most organized salvage yard that I’ve seen in my 31 years of life. Would recommend this place over and over again.
I work for Lancaster Auto Body in Lancaster, WI…we ordered a rear bumper priced at $585 from these guys. Part was mistakenly shipped to Iowa before we received it a week later. When it finally arrived, it was damaged. We took pictures right away and sent them to Remington so they were aware of the damage. We returned the entire bumper to them expecting a full refund but was only credited $385 instead of $585. This transaction for the $385 credit took place Aug. 15, 2021. My boss Dave talked to Kristian about the money we were shorted and he reassured us we would get a full refund. We followed up with copies of the original invoices and several messages to no avail. I’ve attempted to contact Bob Remington by email several times and he hasn’t even acknowledged receiving them. This is now 7 months later and still nothing….mmmmm…
This is now 9 months and still haven’t received the promised refund. I feel they aren’t living up to the quality of a family business…embarrassing to the family.
Customer service is awful here. I dont know how many times they say they will call when part is pulled and you don’t hear anything back. Their “online chat” is also a joke. Why even have it if you aren’t going to respond?? Must be new owners or something. It was a great yard two years ago.
They’re great guys. It’s best to call or go in and expect your part the next day if they don’t have it pulled but still you can’t beat their prices and all their parts are usually good
Ordered my ford focus hood over the phone, when I arrived the part was ready for pickup. Easy in, easy out.
