The gentleman at on the phone was very nice but BEWARE of their return policy, 50% restocking fee and back of invoice has a long list of things for wich theyre not responsible for. They have the right to run their business as they see fit but as an automotive repair shop it makes me weary of buying from them again because they denied returning both of my items completely.
You can shear a sheep once a year, but you can only skin it once.

If you want new parts theres always parts stores that will sell them to you.
If you want to save some money theres always a salvage yard.
Heres my opinion on the people leaving negative reviews.
Im sure you inquired about warranty before you made your purchase.
If you took the time to take photos of the car you have been pulling parts from then you were completely aware of what you were buying.
If you have been using said motor for the last 9 months with no problems then i dont see where the problem is.
After all its a used part with a limited warranty.
I dont see how you can fault the seller.

I have had nothing but the best experiences with Reutimann. Top notch customer service. Whenever i need parts and am in the area, this is where i go. Originally heard about this place when visiting a friend so i took a minute to check it out. Skeptical at first (as i am with all parts places i havent used before) i decided to give it a shot. After having a great experience i decided to get a few more parts. Now to this day even living in Michigan, i call and order parts from them. They arrive quickly, and are always the parts i order and in great quality. I very much reccomend this place to anyone in the Dade city area, and even to people who dont live in the state.
Gregg, we sold you a running engine out of a running vehicle with 122k miles. There is a 90 day warranty on all engines. Your engine was purchased on October 16th 2018. It is now may 2nd 2019, over 6 months later. Unfortunately our warranty is out warranty. All salvage yards give a short term warranty as they are, used parts. It is not bad service. It policy.
