The older gentleman who owns it or runs it has always been great to deal with. I dealt with him many times and he has been great. One of my many times going in there, I dealt with an older woman, who is very rude and arrogant. I will never go back there again, because of her.
Every time I’ve called for a part they’ve always use me very reasonable most junkyard try to bend you over they want to help you and I appreciate their help
They should get stories straight. Drove 100 miles for nothing have referred several people to there to get parts never again.and wife should mind own business when on phone only listen to the person talking not background
I called looking for a hood latch for my vehicle carparts.com said that they had it in inventory I called the lady she didn’t want to have any part of it couldn’t tell me the price didn’t want to look to see if she had it and then hung up on me place I could not recommend customer service sucks
