I ordered parts for my car, drove to this business since RJ only takes cash, and paid for my order on 12/4/2020. Since then I have had 13 contacts with RJ without receiving my parts or reimbursement of the money I paid. I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but hope others see this review and avoid the mistake I made in trusting this business owner.

Over the past year – RJ of Route 7 Used Auto Parts has been met with severe challenges in health, family and not to mention being in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Recently RJ has returned and has more than satisfied my business transaction as he had promised. RJ is very professional with outstanding customer service. For those who read my previous posting – I formally apologize to RJ for listing a unfair review while he endured an extremely difficult year. This was done without knowing what he was going through. They couldn’t coordinate delivery of my 4.0 Jeep engine from another place in Maryland after quite some time through no direct fault of their own. Finally I let them know my Brother would be visiting Vermont and was coming all the way up 95 and would be willing to pick it up himself as it had already been paid for. Route Seven made it very easy for him as they contacted the other place and informed them he was coming up to pick it up, they had it ready and loaded it safely into his truck, they also sent him away with direct warranty paperwork and some money back because Route Seven had also arranged for me to end up with his discount and pay what he would pay for the engine. I telephoned them when my Brother arrived with my engine to let him know I had it (he’d already known) and thank them for the discounted price. I was told the discount was an apology for being late on delivery and for understanding, as I guess they’ve had a hell of a time with deliveries as of late to listen to him. I am happy with my engine and the help, and I’ve come to know Robert and will do more business. -Marc Longcrier
