The guys here are phenomenal! Since I had called ahead of time they had already removed the part I requested from the vehicle. They let me go back to look to see if there was anything else I needed/wanted. They were really friendly and took great care for my safety around the glass. They spoke with me to make sure I new proper procedure to clean out a TB. They are extremely educated in old model vehicles as well as informative. You can see their passion for their jobs.

So I found the part I needed from this place and were very nice and polite about everything. Prices here are awesome!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here. But here is where my one star rating comes from: I placed the order on Tuesday (3-14-2017). I figured it would at least two days to pull this part. I was informed on Wednesday (3-15-2017) it will be ready for pick up on Thursday (3-16-2017). I rent a truck on my lunch hour and missed at 2 hours or more to hear that the part IS STILL IN THE VEHICLE!!!!!….I was furious because they could have called and told me BEFORE I went and got everything. So they apologized and said that they will deliver it to my place (which they do not do but to be apologetic ☺). So Thursday they said they will deliver the part by mid morning on Friday. Now it’s Friday (3-17-2017) @ 4:00 pm and guess what? Still, the part is in the VEHICLE…now what makes customer service great is the updates. If you know a part is having issues and it’s a part that was ordered ahead of time, UPDATES are wonderful. If customer service would do just that, reviews would never be down the drain.
