I very skeptical about buying a Can-Am Spyder from a Kawasaki dealership… I am glad that I did.. They were knowledgeable about everything to do with the Can-Am, paperwork was easy, they went through step-by-step everything with me. Very little impresses me these days, but those guys did… I would not hesitate to send my friends to them! Thank you what are the best and easiest experience of buying my first can am spyder!!
Just came from the service department yesterday with my side by side, and boy was it mind blowing!!! The guy I worked with was Norman and did a phenomenal job. The whole experience was very professional and polite. They took care of it swiftly. I had another issue that they had noticed and took care of that also. I’d highly recommend R&S lomas due to how thorough they are. I’ve been to other dealerships and this one takes the cake!! I feel confident in them.Thanks Norman
My husband and I came here looking for a side by side, and there were so many different ones. We meet with Alec a sales rep, he was very nice and extremely helpful. You could tell he wasn’t one of those guys pushing you just to buy something but he actually cared that we found something that would fit all of our needs.He helped us narrow it down to 3 of them, with a few days of questions which he answered in detail ( he literally knew and said 99% of specifications and features as if he had manufactured them himself.)We finally settled on one and meet with the finance manager named Collin. Again another friendly guy, helped out with our finance paperwork which went smoothly, little confusing but he help make sure everything looked right. Overall I highly recommend this place.
Wow great service! I went in for a gas cap on my x3. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock. I had lost my gas cap the last time I fueled up. We already had plans for a ride on Sunday and without one we were going to have to cancel. Instead of me having to miss out they went into the back and found One off one of their units that was down at the time, they offered me the gas cap off of it and I paid for one so they could replace it off the one they took it from. I love dealing with businesses and people that truly want to help you don’t get that much these days! They will have my business!
Hopefully they train one of the many floor salesman how to put a tire on, the shop would run much smoother . Good day
