Ordered a part on eBay…they forgot to tell me that it was submerged under water.
It amazes me, people who pack and ship these parts, do they even check the parts visually before shipping them? How can we live in such a incompetent world? If I had a business I would never ship a part like this to anyone, whether I like the person or not. This is just not right. Costing me time and headache that I don’t need. The owner of this company needs to be on top of his employees and run this business properly. If he is not reading these reviews, he doesn’t care about the business.

My husband called to see if they had the part, they did. He informed them that he was on the way to get the part. At that point it should have been stated that the part wouldn’t be removed until arrival. I was almost late to pick my son up from school because I had to describe the part again so they could see if they had it. Plus I had to wait another 30 min for them to remove it and then pay for it. I understand they couldn’t pull every part that’s called about, but it would have been nice to know it didn’t do any good to call in the first place.

Took my transmission there, they said they had it fixed and I put it in and it lasted about 2 months. I took it back to them and they said they had it fixed for the second time I put it back in and it last 2 days. Transmission pan leaks and my reverse gear still doesn’t work

I’ve business with this guys and they are definitely not the place to go to. Way overpriced and customizable service is not there. On top of asking for cores everytime as I’m going to haul an old engine to them an pay them market price for theirs. They want to make money by people bringing free junk to them, is not enough with the profit they are already making on the sale
