Sad reason to be here! My daughter was hit by a truck, making a left turn on a green arrow, which she has done at the same corner for five years! Rosemont police didn’t help her, gave her info to the person that hit her, didn’t give her his, TOLD HER TO SIT ON THE CURB AND NOT MOVE, in the cold and snow, wouldn’t let her take pictures of the vehicles, then told her let’s just say this is your fault!! Sad but expected, 8 police officers not one helped her or asked her what happened, they TOLD her! The person at this yard was nice.
My experience with them was overall very good. I just needed a simple tow from my residence parking lot to my mechanic’s shop, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The tow Tech Irving was polite, professional, and got my car loaded up without issue in less than 10 minutes. Time from initial call to arrival was about 35 minutes, which made it very convenient. If I need another tow in the Des Plaines area, I would definitely give them a call.
Called these fellas up and they gave me an estimate over the phone with a breakdown of the fees. Showed up in 20 minutes as promised. The tow driver was polite and personable. He got the car up on the truck in record time making sure to take extra care not to mess up the bumper on my lowered car.
Delivered the car professionally and courteously to my driveway as arranged. No muss, no fuss.
