Called for parts for my car and they had them. He held them till i could get their. After finding out i did not need them the refunded me my money. Being a used auto part place did not have to do that. They definitely will be the first place I call next time.
I used their website to try and find a part for the interior of my car. Very difficult because after searching a specific make, model and year range it immediately made me submit a form rather than tell me what they had. That being said I decided to call and ask myself to save time and aggravation. Immediately I explained that I searched online and wasn’t given an answer about their vehicle inventory because I have a vehicle that takes universal parts. To which I was immediately given a nasty attitude about why I was calling if I looked on the website and couldn’t find what I was looking for. Not sure what this guys name was but he’s a jerk and I certainly will never even attempt to give this place another chance. I hope this is seen by enough people to steer them clear of this place. Untypically clean, and it was a rainy day, fare price, more approachable than most auto salvage yards. This review was given even though I did not make a purchase. I was looking for a cleaner straighter door then they had available. Not their fault.
had to do follow ups but went smooth and everything arrived fast and in the shape they said it would.
Staff was cool as a cucumber and easy to talk to. They have the longest warranty that I know of (6 months) for any of their parts. Would do business again.
