Used my insurance for roadside assistance and southwest towing took the job and helped put big time. My van stopped turning! Somehow I was able to turn into St. MARY’S Catholic church. My auto insurance called Southwest towing to rescue us. They came quickly and got me to Four States Auto Repair quickly. It was a very positive experience. Thank you!
We were passing through Shiprock, NM when it looked like our travel trailer broke an axle. We pulled off the road and called AAA for assistance. After 5 hrs and multiple calls to AAA, they called us back and told us they couldn’t find anyone that could help us. It was now close to 5:30pm by this time. I asked if there was anything else we could do, because the area that we broke down in was pretty sketchy. I was told by AAA that I could call around to see if I could find someone to help and if I didn’t feel safe I could call the police.
We resolved to the fact that we might have to spend the night there. It was starting to get dark, so I started calling Towing business myself.
The first one I called was not able to help us. I called Southwest Auto Towing and explained our situation and the area we were broke down in. Paul and Dawn said, that they didn’t have their truck that could haul our travel trailer, but they would come out and see if they could help us anyway.
They said, the area we were at was not a safe place to be after dark. Paul was able to tie the axle up, so we could limp it into Farmington, NM. They let us stay the night in their gated parking lot at their business.
The next day they arranged for a mechanic to look at our travel trailer. The mechanic was fabulous and able to fix it the same day. We know that SWAT is all about taking care of people. They went above and beyond to help us! I would definitely recommend their business! Thank you Paul and Dawn! Christopher Wilson the driver did an awesome job. Came out on a Saturday evening, had a good friendly attitude . He loaded my vehicle very promptly and professionally then unloaded it exactly where I asked. Would absolutely reccomend.
Absolutely the best service I could get. Stranded with a tear drop camper, on a Sunday morning. Dawn went all the way to find a repair shop to directly bring the camper to the service area. It was repaired within a week. Any other option would have required a second towing.
It is not fun to be towed, but when you have to, this company can help. Thanks.
